Complete Your Registration
Your submission will be reviewed, and an agreement with a link for payment will be sent via docusign. Once payment is confirmed, a Webex invitation and online course link will be sent to the email you provide for participantion in the training.

Participants will be able to facilitate groups utilizing the Thinking for a Change 5.0 program.

Demonstrate a Cognitive Self-Change, a Social Skill, and a Problem-Solving lesson utilizing the Thinking for a Change 5.0 program.

Learn how to utilize the Thinking for a Change 5.0 Virtual program.

Learn how to utilize the Thinking for a Change 5.0 Program Evaluation and Fidelity Tool.

Learn how to utilize the Pensar para un Cambio 5.0 program.

A facilitator manual for Thinking for a Change 5.0 in English and Spanish that includes a continuous, open-ended aftercare program.

Interactive "Practice" sheets for each lesson.

The T4C 5.0 Program Evaluation Tool (Pre/Posttest).

All PowerPoints (with program videos embedded) for the T4C 5.0 in English and Spanish.
*Access to the online dosage modules can be provided after additional discussion.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellations received more than three (3) weeks prior to the event start date will be eligible for a refund, minus a 30% cancellation fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within three (3) weeks of the event start date.

No credits or transfers will be offered for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us cover administrative and event-related costs.
